My rental car suffered a mechanical issue while on Interstate 20 and Keith quickly responded to my call. He was amazing. Before he got to the scene, I explained that I was traveling with my wife and dog, and he even swapped trucks so we could all fit in. He took us to DFW airport and he wouldn't leave until we got our new vehicle. Also, he helped us take all our luggage from the old car into the new one.
